CONGRATULATIONS - Mari made Freedom High School's cheer team.

How did that happen? 

Samara (aka Mari) did not make her high school’s cheer team her first time she competed at try-out. She came to Vega Stars Elite (VSE) with minimal technique skill and bruised confidence. In spite of her disappointment, Mari joined VSE with set goals, and she entrusted the VSE staff to help her achieve her aspirations. 

So how did Vega Stars Elite help ?

Mari completed VSEs Pre-Competitive Program in Season 3: Feb - Apr 2023. VSE taught her proper technique in motions, tumbling, jumps and stunting. Mari returned for Season 4: June 2023 - April 2024 to attend our elite competition team tryouts. Mari made the Jr Level 1 team, 4th Degree (formerly Hurricane). While performing in the Competitive Cheer Program, Mari won a national title. She gained Level 1 tumbling skills, spotted back handspring, and she earned the point jumper position! It was proven that Mari’s confidence was no longer bruised. She achieved all her set goals with hardwork and dedication. Mari was more than prepared for her next High School try-out. She made Freedom High School’s cheer team. Mari is a great example of Mastering Star Status at Vega Stars Elite!
