Flyer's class is a specialized class focused on the development of athletes who take on the flyer role in stunts. The flyer is the cheerleader who is lifted or tossed into the air during stunts and must maintain balance, flexibility, and control. This class is designed to teach the essential skills needed to be an effective and safe flyer, from basic stunting techniques to advanced flexibility and body control.
